The finished production version of 2013 Renault Captur finally has arrived at this year’s Geneva Motor Show. Coming with futuristic and cool design which is based on DeZir Concept, as it is said on its first debut at 2011 Geneva Motor Show, this SUV is now ready at your nearest dealer. This SUV is said to be small , compact, unaggressive yet user-friendly.
Built under the same platform as its new generation brother, Renault Clio and Nissan Juke, 2013 Renault Captur offers you with distinct features and specifications that makes this SUV get such a different image and look. This car is longer than the Clio with its 4,120mm length but shorter than Juke. Some of Clio’s element could be found on its exterior design, including swept-back headlights, car nose with a huge Renault badge, and carved side. At its rear side, the design is apparently more dynamic and attractive compared with Nissan Juke with its squat tail and upswept c-pillar. 2013 Renault Captur offers you with two tone color scheme as its standard. Large-diameter wheels, and flared wheel arch also giving this SUV sportier look among the crossovers.
2013 Renault Captur is designed as crossover outside but with the feel of MPV inside with spacious cabin as well as storage area, high driving position, and large boot. The passenger will also be spoiled by its comfortable and relaxing interior as we find the nice combination of colors and patterns that give a warm atmosphere inside the car. This car is similar with 2012 Nissan Extrem, 2014 Ford EcoSport Eu-Version, and 2015 BMW X4 Concept in design. 2013 Captur offers cool interior features as its standard equipment, such as hands-free entry, hill start assist, and rear parking sensors. While infotainment and entertainment system are equipped with Renault R-Link touchscreen multimedia tablet, Bluetooth connectivity, and audio streaming and arkamys hi-fi sound completed with six loudspeakers. If you still want more, Renault Captur 2013 is ready to fulfill you need and making it based on your order.
Under the hood, this captur uses the same engine as the Clio, which is available in petrol and diesel engine range combined with Renault technologies in resulting a good fuel and emission efficiency. As we found out that the diesel line up will produce CO2 emissions from 96g/km – 2g/km which has higher level than the Clio but far less than 129g/km’s Nissan Juke.
Manufactured in Valladolid plant in Spain, the new generation of Renault Captur will be ready on dealer in UK around this June with £13,000 as its starting price. That’s why this car is cheaper than 2013 Porsche Panamera.
