2013 Renault ZOE is basically the brand new super-mini electric car by the French brand. The car will be backed up with the most advanced technologies which include sixty patents designed to provide the user-friendliness, range and connectivity.
This electric car will be available in 3 trim levels namely Expression, Dynamique Zen and Dynamique Intens. The Expression is actually the first car in the world to be included with the “Range Optimizer” that may combine 3 great innovations including a heat pump, the MICHELIN EnergyTM E-V tyres along with the new generation regenerative braking.
Inside of the 2013 Renault Zoe, you will have the driver’s seat rails which are angled uphill when you shift the seat forward. This means that you also rise closer to the roof the shorter you get. The under floor battery indicates that there is little choice here, but it makes sense for the shorter driver who likes to sit lower in the car. The space of back seat is actually surprising. The car comes with a boxy and upright posture that will allow you to sit comfortably inside with enough room for your head and knee. Even though the rear bench has the belts for five, it actually fits for 2 adults only.
Towards the exterior, the 2013 Renault Zoe Expression boasts the privacy glass to rear side and tailgate windows and also there will be optional components which include the 16-inch Aerotronic alloy wheels, Renault i.d. paint and Metallic paint. The Dynamique Intens and Dynamique Zen will feature the additional equipments including 16-inch Aerotronic alloy wheels, automatic headlight activation, automatic wiper activation, electric rear windows and rear parking sensors.
In terms of overall performance, the 2013 Renault Zoe will be capable of producing power equivalent to 65 kW or 88 hp and also generating maximum torque of 220 Nm or 162 lb-ft. The driver will get the top speed up to 84 mph. The automaker states that it has the longest range of any mass-produced electric car, with an official maximum of 130 miles. Furthermore, Renalut says that the range is between 60 and 90 miles in typical use.
